HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS BOUGHT ON SHIRT BACK & SIDES.CO.UK ?

 

We are happy to exchange or refund any items that have not been altered, washed or worn (not including made to order garments) within 28 days of original order receipt. Shirt Back & Sides  cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Gift Cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all tags still intact) and enclosing the original Dispatch Note. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. If you are returning items from outside the United Kingdom please use a tracked or signed-for mail service. We do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), if you request an exchange (we do not accept exchanges on made to order items). For other items you will not be charged for delivery of your exchange order. If we need to charge or credit you on an exchange order which was not arranged online our Customer Care team will contact you. Please note: we must be notified of any missing or defective items within 3 days of receipt of an order.

Free return is available in the United Kingdom on bespoke garments that need to have a fault corrected. Free return is not available in the United Kingdom on sale products. Free returns are not available outside of the United Kingdom.

 

IF I ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR AT SHIRT BACK AND SIDES BUT NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING, CAN I TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR STORE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

 

United Kingdom  customers can also return items purchased online to our business address in person, for an exchange or refund (not including made to order garments). Please take your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. Refunds processed in store will credit your original form of payment.

Made to order bespoke garments are unique and made for you, if in the unlikely event that there is a construction fault with your garment please contact us within 3 days to state the fault. We will make every effort to rectify the issue and will refund postage charges.

Note:

It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that any measurements given are correct. If any special tailoring requirements are needed please let SB&S know on the enquiry form or prior to the deposit being paid. As our bespoke items are made to order any after sales alterations will carry a charge, depending on what is required. If there is a fault in the construction of any garment then it will be corrected free of charge, as will any inaccurate fit that does not correspond with the order details.
